What youll be doing


As our Smoking Cessation Outreach Worker youll deliver a creative flexible stop smoking service for people experiencing substance misuse across community and criminal justice settings.


Youll work proactively with people who may have become disconnected from support or feel ambivalent about making changes helping them build confidence and motivation to stop smoking. Working alongside community organisations criminal justice partners and health services youll provide evidence-based interventions nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and vapes as part of personalised nicotine reduction plans.


This is a rewarding outreach role where youll build trusted relationships improve health outcomes and support people to make lasting changes to their wellbeing.


This role requires enhanced level 1 vetting.
