Site Manager

Location: Welling Kent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm

The Role

Our client is a well-established construction company currently delivering a mixed-use development comprising

residential apartments and commercial units in Welling. With a strong pipeline of current and future projects they

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site

ensuring works are delivered safely on programme within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day site activities from construction through to completion.

Ensure compliance with all health safety environmental and quality standards.

Lead and supervise site teams subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor progress against programme and budget targets.

Coordinate labour materials plant and equipment requirements.

Carry out regular site inspections and resolve technical or workmanship issues.

Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings specifications and regulations.

Maintain accurate site records reports permits and daily diaries.

Manage snagging and defect rectification through to completion.

Attend site meetings and liaise with clients consultants and senior management.

Assist with project handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential commercial or mixed-use developments.

Strong understanding of construction processes facades and façade remediation projects and health &

safety legislation.

Experience managing subcontractors site programmes and material procurement.

SMSTS qualification (essential).

CSCS Card (essential).

First Aid at Work certification.

Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.

Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
