Job Summary

A successful primary school in Hounslow is looking to appoint a Site Manager to join the team from September 2026.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced premises professional who enjoys taking responsibility for a busy school site. Working closely with the leadership team youll ensure the school remains safe secure and maintained to a high standard throughout the year.

The Role

As Site Manager youll oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises ensuring the buildings and grounds are well maintained and fully compliant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the school site

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and minor repairs

  • Leading and supporting the premises team where required

  • Coordinating contractors and monitoring completed works

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Opening and securing the school site

  • Monitoring site security and reporting maintenance issues

  • Supporting school events and lettings when needed

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Manager Premises Manager Senior Caretaker Facilities Manager or Estates Supervisor.

The school is looking for someone who is organised practical and confident managing a varied workload. A good understanding of health and safety procedures and experience working with contractors is essential.
