• Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the school site

• Ensure the premises are safe secure and compliant with regulations

• Coordinate contractors repairs and maintenance work

• Complete and maintain health and safety checks and records

• Oversee security cleaning and site support services

• Manage premises-related budgets and procurement where required

• Support emergency procedures and risk management

• Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for pupils and staff

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in site management premises facilities or caretaking

• Strong knowledge of health and safety and building maintenance

• Ability to manage contractors and prioritise workload effectively

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive and reliable approach to site management

Desirable

• Experience working within a school or education setting

• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

• Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH or similar

• Experience managing improvement projects
