Our client is seeking a professional practically minded and exceptionally organised Site Manager to join an established academy in Oxford from September. This is a full-time year-round position ideal for a strong technical practitioner with proven team leadership skills and a clear vision for preventative maintenance.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic and operational development of the campus fabric and mechanical systems. You will oversee caretaker shift patterns supervise external specialized contractors manage utility budgets and maintain flawless statutory compliance logsincluding emergency lighting legionella flushing and fire safety systems in accordance with HASAWA frameworks.

Proven experience in a site manager estates supervisor or senior facilities role (school or public sector experience preferred)

A qualification or background in a specialized trade (electrical plumbing carpentry) is highly advantageous
