Our client is seeking a professional practically minded and exceptionally organised Site Manager to join an established academy in Oxford from September. This is a full-time year-round position ideal for a strong technical practitioner with proven team leadership skills and a clear vision for preventative maintenance.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic and operational development of the campus fabric and mechanical systems. You will oversee caretaker shift patterns supervise external specialized contractors manage utility budgets and maintain flawless statutory compliance logsincluding emergency lighting legionella flushing and fire safety systems in accordance with HASAWA frameworks.

The estates department benefits from modern facilities a dedicated workshop excellent administrative support and a highly collaborative team of premises specialists. Senior leadership is highly supportive and values estate safety compliance and professional growth.

  • Strong IT and data literacy with confidence utilizing digital facilities helpdesk platforms and asset software

  • A qualification or background in a specialized trade (electrical plumbing carpentry) is highly advantageous
