Our client is seeking a dedicated and technically minded Site Manager to join their experienced facilities department. This position is ideal for a hands-on caretaking supervisor commercial maintenance coordinator or skilled trade specialist looking to coordinate physical safety school event setups and campus upkeep.
Key responsibilities include coordinating caretaker shift patterns managing the building management system (BMS) tracking raw utility data and running automated room comfort calibrations. You will also oversee the completion and logging of all statutory safety checksincluding weekly fire alarm testing water hygiene cycles and emergency lighting diagnostics.
