The role requires an operational manager to lead caretaking staff conduct statutory risk assessments manage building management systems (BMS) and ensure all premises fire and water safety standards are strictly met.
You will act as the main link between the caretaking team the School Business Manager and external contractors. Key duties include coordinating shift cycles planning preventative maintenance schedules overseeing health and safety permits for visiting contractors and maintaining flawless compliance databases.
