We are seeking a proactive reliable and highly organised Site Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role in ensuring our school environment is safe secure and well maintained for both pupils and staff.
As our Site Manager you will:
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance safety and security of the school site;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements;
Manage site repairs maintenance schedules and contractor relationships;
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments;
Support the leadership team in maintaining a safe and positive learning environment;
Take pride in creating a clean welcoming and well-organised school setting.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience in site management facilities management or building maintenance;
A strong understanding of health and safety legislation;
Practical maintenance skills and the ability to manage contractors effectively;
