This is a fast-paced high-impact role where your ability to lead influence and deliver results will shape both the success of your team and the satisfaction of our customers.

As a Showroom / Business Manager your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and developing the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
• Maximising profitability through finance insurance and associated product sales ensuring every opportunity is realised.
• Delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry to handover reflecting the JCT600 standard of excellence.
• Providing coaching mentoring and motivation to ensure your team is fully equipped to deliver both performance and compliance.
• Monitoring all sales activity ensuring efficiency professionalism and adherence to FCA and brand standards.

What were looking for in a Showroom / Business Manager:

• Proven experience and success in the Motor industry as a sales executive sales manager business manager or showroom manager.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
• A customer centric approach always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
