Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a SFA FP&A Data & Analytic located in Wokingham (Pinewood) United Kingdom

The Senior Financial Analyst FP&A Data & Analytics plays a key role in delivering advanced financial analysis insights and datadriven decision support across the organization. This role partners closely with FP&A leadership commercial teams and operations to enhance forecasting accuracy improve performance visibility and strengthen analytics capabilities. The position offers meaningful exposure to global finance processes and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through highquality data and insights during a period of transformation at DePuy Synthes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex financial analysis to support budgeting forecasting and longrange planning activities.

Develop and deliver advanced FP&A dashboards reports and analytics to support executive and business reviews.

Perform detailed variance analysis and provide clear actionable explanations of performance versus plan forecast and prior periods.

Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to translate data into insights that drive business decisions.

Improve data quality reporting consistency and analytical processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support financial modeling scenario analysis and adhoc analyses for strategic initiatives.

Ensure compliance with financial policies internal controls and reporting standards.

Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytics best practices as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Data Analytics ora relateddiscipline (required).

Masters degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

46 yearsof progressive experience in FP&A financial analysis or data analytics roles.

Strongexpertisein financial planning forecasting and performance management.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data sets.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.

Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to senior and nonfinance stakeholders.

High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred:

Experience in a global matrixed organization.

Proficiencywith data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP Anaplan Hyperion).

Exposure tocommercial finance pricing or margin management.

Experience in medical devices healthcare oranother regulated industry.

Other:

Language requirements: Fluent in English;additionallanguages are an advantage.

Travel: Up to 1020% may be primarily within the region.

Certifications: Professional finance or analytics certifications (e.g. CIMA ACCA CPA) preferred.
