This one actually will.

Miller Knight is looking for a Servicing IFA Adviser to join its established team and take responsibility for a group of existing clients building genuine long-term relationships and helping them use their money to create the life they want.

There is no requirement to bring a client bank with you and no expectation that you spend your time chasing new business.

And your salary isnt dependent on how much revenue you generate.

Youll be paid a good salary for doing a great job for your clients.

The opportunity

Youll gradually take responsibility for an existing group of clients and their ongoing financial planning needs.

Youll conduct planning meetings review financial plans and cash-flow forecasts advise on investment and withdrawal strategies and help clients make confident decisions from early saving through to estate and IHT planning.

This could be a great move for an existing Adviser. But it could equally suit someone earlier in their career perhaps from a strong paraplanning or technical background who is ready to make the move into advice.

About you

Youll need to be Level 4 Diploma qualified and have a strong grounding in financial planning.

Ideally youll already have CAS but dont automatically rule yourself out if you havent. For the right person there may be an opportunity to achieve this with Miller Knight.

More importantly youll genuinely enjoy working with people. Youll be curious thoughtful technically capable and able to build the kind of relationships where clients trust you with the things that really matter.

Miller Knight previously described this as wanting someone who will love our clients to death and that probably still sums it up rather well.

What youll get

salary depending on experience and qualifications with no fee-generation-related bonus targets.

Youll also receive a 5% employer pension contribution rising to 12% after three years death in service cover at 4x salary 25 days holiday your birthday off and Christmas leave. The role is hybrid with around three days a week in the Lingfield office.
