Services Manager Parts Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage the end-to-end parts and repair lifecycle ensuring operational excellence across Northern European service centres and logistics hubs.
• Commercial Growth: Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities for parts upgrades long-term service agreements (LTSAs) and repair service expansions.
• Performance Metrics: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) identified in the parts SQDC Bowler including on-time delivery (OTD) fulfilment cycle time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for regional site leaders and global supply chain counterparts to resolve fulfilment bottlenecks and prioritize critical customer needs.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Align regional repair capabilities with the evolving needs of the energy market in Northern Europe focusing on agility and localized responsiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Supply Chain Business or a related field.
• Significant experience in service supply chain or aftermarket operations preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the Northern European energy landscape and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of managing P&L or complex service fulfilment environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are highly desirable.
