What to expect
As a ServiceNow Administrator you will play a key role in supporting our transformation by ensuring the stability reliability and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus onIncident Management.
Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced incident-driven environment. Balance incident resolution with proactive platform admin and small enhancements while managing competing priorities.
Key responsibilities: ServiceNow ITSM administration (Incident Management focus) incident/problem resolution security & access control small platform changes upgrades & deployments reporting & MI knowledge management and collaboration with internal and external teams.

What youll need to succeed
- 3 years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Strong hands-on experience supportingIncident Management
- Experience delivering small platform changes andmaintainingplatform stability
- Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills managing multiple competing demands
- Strong communicationand customer service skills
- Experience with documentation reporting and operational MI
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification desirable)
- JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting experience (desireable)
- Experience working with offshore teams or ServiceNow partners
- Knowledge Management experience within ServiceNow
