Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next move

This is a great opportunity to take charge of a busy service department lead a team and have a real impact on the performance of the business.

Youll be managing a service team of around 39 people depending on the site making sure the department runs efficiently and delivers a great customer experience.

Youll be responsible for:

• Managing and motivating the service team
• Keeping workshop productivity and performance on track
• Managing workflow and technician efficiency
• Overseeing customer satisfaction
• Monitoring departmental turnover and performance
• Supporting and developing your team
• Dealing with issues quickly and professionally
• Making sure standards are consistently maintained

• Previous Service Manager or Workshop Manager experience
• Confident managing and motivating a team
• Strong understanding of workshop operations
• Commercially minded with a focus on targets and performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A hands-on management style and the ability to get the best from your team

40000 basic DOE
Bonus based on departmental turnover
50000 OTE
22 days holiday bank holidays
MondayFriday 08:0017:00
No weekends
