Service Engineer The Role:

As a Service Engineer no two days are the same. One day youll be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a

conservatory roof the next youre delighting a customer by fixing a long-standing issue on the spot. Youll

bring your technical know-how problem-solving mindset and pride in craftsmanship to every job.

Service Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking service works to identify and rectify any issues to products within the warranty period

Installation and repair works to conservatories windows and doors including but not limited to; installing

sealed units replacements sashes and door slabs door adjustments replacement small parts such as

hinges and handles identifying and fixing roof leaks etc

Service Engineer - You:

Must have window door and conservatory installation or service engineer experience

Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving license is required

A good deal of common sense etiquette and ability to think on ones feet

Flexibility and a proactive approach

Ability to work without supervision and to work as part of a team

Good organisational and planning skills

Good communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to use ones initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner
