Key Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery against contractual commitments SLAs and governance requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and support account growth opportunities.
• Manage major incidents operational risks supplier performance and service improvements.
• Oversee financial performance profitability forecasting and resource planning.
• Lead and develop Service Delivery Managers and international delivery teams.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Significant experience leading large-scale IT Service Delivery or Managed Services environments.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing service delivery against SLAs KPIs and ITIL processes.
• Commercial and financial management experience including budgets forecasting and profitability.
• Proven leadership experience managing large multi-skilled and geographically dispersed teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• ITIL certification or strong ITIL service management knowledge.
• Experience working within complex financial services or public sector environments.
• Bid transition and service transformation experience.
• Supplier and vendor management experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement automation and innovation initiatives.

Please note that this is a Glasgow-based role and there is a strong expectation that you will attend both the customer site and the Atos office in Glasgow two to three times per week.
