Service Coordinator I

The salary range for this position is $21.00- $24.00 Hourly

This is how you WOW:

• Entering service calls into company service system
• Assign and Dispatch service calls to field technicians and service partners within assigned area
• Review and Submit Field Quotes and Updating Customers with service agents ETA
• Process Technicians Parts Requests needed for job completion from internal warehouse or external vendor
• Review information submitted from field technicians and/or service partners

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an interactive customer service environment is a plus
• Customer service experience/background in a call center or similar environment
• Previous experience with industrial and/or commercial equipment is beneficial
• Ability to interact with and dispatch workload effectively to field/remote technicians
• Dispatching experience is a plus as well as experience in a parts ordering environment.
