Job Summary
We are searching for an organised and detail oriented Service Coordinator to join our adult services team on a Part Time basis.
In this rewarding role youll be at the heart of our service working closely with the management team to coordinate high-quality person-centred support. From organising rotas and responding to last minute changes to ensuring our services run smoothly youll play a vital role in helping adult services receive the right support at the right time from the right people.
Hours
Part Time 30 hours per week
A day in the life of Service Coordinator would include:
- Creating and managing staff rotas to ensure appropriate cover for efficient service delivery.
- Coordinating annual leave and managing staff absences through the company electronic rostering system.
- Handling incoming calls or email queries in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the management team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the people we support.
- Building positive relationships with families colleagues and external staffing agencies to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to changes in staffing.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience in care coordination or a related role in health/social care
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail especially in rota planning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A caring flexible and proactive approach to service delivery
