Working Hours:37 with flexibility offered

Salary: 60000 - 70000

As a Clinical Service Lead youll oversee the delivery of safe highquality clinical care within our Drug and Alcohol misuse services within the Cumbria region. Youll provide strong clinical leadership ensure best practice is consistently applied and support teams to deliver effective recoveryfocused care.
- Lead and support clinical teams ensuring high standards of care and governance.
- Deliver and oversee key clinical interventions including detoxification prescribing and health assessments.
- Monitor performance support service improvements and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Lead on clinical audits incidents governance meetings and implementation of clinical standards.
- Supervise mentor and develop clinical staff.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrated compliant and effective service delivery.
About you
Youre a registered Nurse or Pharmacist with significant experience supporting people who use substances. You bring strong clinical assessment skills experience with prescribing and detoxification and proven leadership abilities. You are confident in clinical decisionmaking committed to best practice and able to guide and develop clinical teams while maintaining safe compassionate care.
