- Welcome customers and manage their service and repair requirements.
- Book work into the workshop and coordinate with the technical team.
- Keep customers updated on progress and any additional work required.
- Support invoicing and completion of the customer handover.
- Discuss additional work and service requirements where appropriate.
- Handle customer queries or complaints and help resolve issues effectively.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Youll need:
- Previous automotive aftersales experience in a Service Advisor or closely related customer-facing role.
- Experience coordinating between customers and the workshop.
- Confidence managing service bookings progress updates and day-to-day customer communication.
- Good organisation in a busy aftersales environment.
- Experience using a dealer management system or similar automotive system.
