The Role

As a Service Advisor youll be the key link between customers and the workshop ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

Youll be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and handling vehicle bookings
• Advising customers on servicing repairs and maintenance
• Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
• Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
• Providing a professional friendly and customer-focused experience

About You

Were looking for someone with previous Service Advisor experience ideally within a main dealer or automotive environment.

Youll be confident dealing with customers commercially aware and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
