A strong opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established main dealer in Bromley offering a 30000 basic salary average earnings of 35000 and a MondayFriday working week. The role suits someone who already understands the pace and standards of a main dealer and wants a solid opportunity with no weekend working.

Responsibilities

• Managing customers throughout the service and repair process
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers updated
• Advising customers on servicing repairs and additional work
• Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians
• Preparing job cards estimates and invoices
• Delivering a high level of customer service while working to dealership targets

Requirements

• Previous main dealer Service Advisor experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organised confident and able to work in a busy aftersales environment
• A professional approach and good attention to detail

Salary and Benefits

• 30000 basic salary bonus
• Average earnings of 35000
• MondayFriday 8am6pm no weekend working
• Established main dealer environment
