We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a highly respected prestige main dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful aftersales team working within a premium environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As a Service Advisor you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their service and repair requirements
• Liaising with workshop technicians regarding vehicle progress
• Providing accurate updates and estimates to customers
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Managing customer expectations and delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey
• Ensuring all administration and invoicing is completed accurately

• OTE of 38000

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am 1:00pm (1 in 4 rota)

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor Customer Service Advisor Aftersales Advisor or within a customer-facing automotive role. You will be an excellent communicator highly organised and driven to provide first-class customer service while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
