Service Advisor Main Dealer - Worthing

Salary: Basic Bonus OTE

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful Main Dealership in Worthing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment and is looking to join a professional supportive team with excellent earning potential and long-term career prospects.

Whats on offer:
basic salary
Realistic bonus potential of per year
Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:30pm
1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00am 12:00pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Established Main Dealer environment
Ongoing training and career development opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the aftersales journey
Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
Upselling additional work and services where appropriate
Managing invoices and service administration efficiently

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor trade
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised professional and able to work under pressure
Full UK driving licence preferred
