Job Description

As a Senior SEO Manager you will lead the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients. Reporting to our Senior SEO Director you will manage technical SEO programs guiding a team of SEO professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organic growth and enhance online visibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals providing recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals encompassing technical SEO content optimisation and link-building projects.

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits resolving issues related to site architecture crawlability and indexation.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints.

• Use data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for reporting.

• Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.

• Mentor and support junior team members encouraging a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites.

• Ability to work with large datasets using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Adobe Analytics Google Search Console and enterprise SEO platforms to find applicable insights.

• Understanding of web technologies including servers applications middleware edgeware and front-end frameworks and their impact on SEO performance.

• Awareness of LLM and AI-influenced search with the ability to guide clients on opportunities risks and best practices.

• Troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior team members.

• When faced with a problem you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
