Senior/Principal Associate - Commercial - Various locations across England with hybrid working

Role
- Join a fast-growing team in a leading practice
- Work with clients from a cross-section ofindustries with a particular focus on the education technology and government sectors
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial matters drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
- Play an active role in business development
- 6 years PQE incommercial law with good IP & IT law technical skills
- Experience of or genuine and demonstrable enthusiasm forthe education sector in particular
- Ability to manage lots of different matters whilst delivering high quality and commercially focused advice
