Salary: Up to 60000 basic commission

Our client a leading international recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Wealth Management team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to own their desk build lasting client relationships and develop top talent across the financial services sector.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across Wealth Management Private Banking and Investment Management roles

• Build and grow a strong client portfolio winning new business and strengthening existing relationships

• Source engage and place high-calibre candidates using networking LinkedIn referrals and targeted outreach

• Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs in a competitive fast-paced environment

• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates providing market insight and guidance

• Contribute to a high-performance culture collaborating with colleagues across teams

• Proven recruitment experience in Wealth Management Financial Services or related sectors

• Strong track record of business development and candidate delivery

• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at senior levels
