Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Travel Retail West to appoint a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive over a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract based in our London head office. This role reports to the VM Manager and is based in our office 4 days per week with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Visual Merchandising projects across Travel Retail EMEA ensuring execution is on time within budget and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage new store openings renovations campaign launches pop-ups and promotional activations in partnership with Store Design Brand Teams and retailers.
- Oversee project budgets supplier management production logistics installation and asset delivery.
- Plan and deliver campaign collateral lightboxes planograms and VM updates across the region.
- Maintain VM calendars databases and asset compliance ensuring accurate records and effective inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders suppliers installers and external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Monitor project progress manage risks and drive continuous improvements to processes and in-store execution.
- Present project updates to stakeholders and support VM training workshops and Go-to-Market meetings.
- Coach and support junior team members while promoting collaboration and high execution standards.
Qualifications
About You
- Experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty fragrance luxury or premium retail (Travel Retail experience preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets suppliers and external partners.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for premium retail execution.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region when required.
