Senior Technical Account Manager Corporate Bonds
Job Summary
- Understand financial markets and client needs to help drive the new issues data product strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with content partners and consumers to ensure market leading coverage and depth of corporate bond data
- Contribute to the design and development of automated solutions for data ingestion standardization and enrichment
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop our API offering and showcase to clients
- Collaborate with a wide variety of external partners and internal departments including Engineering Product and Sales on strategic product development and execution
- Define measure and manage impact of your work using statistics and data visualization tools
- Build quality data workflows to verify and validate third party data
- Communicate with impact ensuring relevant information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences including senior executives
- 5 years of fixed income market experience in either buy-side or sell-side role with a strong understanding of primary market data processes
- Strong problem-solving skills particularly to modify and improve processes and workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical processes and solutions to business partners and management
- High attention to detail and degree of shown decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-functional team environment
- Proven ability to influence others and lead change
- Agile/Scrum Project Management experience
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikSense
