Senior Tailored Investment Reporting Associate (London)

Insight Investment is looking for a Senior Tailored Investment Reporting Associate to join our Client Reporting team in this role you will provide tailored client reporting solutions to clients across a range of investment strategies on both a recurring and ad-hoc a Senior Associate you will take greater ownership of reporting deliverables stakeholder engagement and process enhancement initiatives.

You will work within a team of client reporting professionals building andmaintainingstrong relationships with key stakeholders across the business including senior management. To succeed in this role candidates must be solution-focused proactive and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Accurateandtimelyproduction and review oftailoredmonthly quarterly and ad-hoc client reporting deliverables.

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders ensuring reporting requirements are clearly understood and delivered to a high standard.

• Investigate complex queriesidentifyroot causes and ensure issues are resolved within agreedtimeframes.

• Attend and actively contribute to meetings with Client Directors Solution Specialists Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders translating evolving requirements into actionable reporting solutions.

• Develop a strong understanding of the underlyingLDIand Fixed Income portfolios and strategies to effectively communicate and challenge reporting requirements drive and implement process improvements to enhance reporting quality scalability and efficiency.

• Support the onboarding training and development of junior team members promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

• Contribute to team projects change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Experience Required

• Proven ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail.

• Demonstrates professionalism accountability honesty and integrityat all times.

• Proactive mindset witha track recordofidentifyingand implementing process improvements.

• Experience documenting processes and supporting the training and development of colleagues.

• Strong systems skills including advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience within investment management client reporting operations or a related financial services environment is desirable.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant work experience.
