Role Purpose:To improve the lives of people who are regaining / learning skills which will enable them tomaintain their own tenancy in the future.

Under the direction of theAdferiadService Manager the SeniorSupportWorker is to work as part ofateam and lone work to support and improve the lives of peoplewho are prison leavers and/or are experiencing homelessness.

The position of Senior involves taking responsibility of delegated tasks such as the completion of processing referrals from point of receipt to the delivery of support through the creation of person-centered/housing related support delivery plansandallocatingtasks to staff role will include acting as Deputy in theServiceManagers absence completing reviews of support recording evidence of outcomes for monitoring ensuring all client files are up to date and ready for anyvalidationand ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards inspection and regulation. As a deputy a Senior is expected to be able to take on any essential admin and oversee the management ofSupport Workersas directed by theService role will involve working closely with theService Managerandstaffteam to developtheBangorSupported Accommodationservice and to be part of the agreed-On Call Rota.
