Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a Senior Support worker to join our brand-new Supported Living Service in Crewe.

Located in the heart of Crewe Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting Adults 18 with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.
• Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• Be part of an on-call system.
• Complete weekly and monthly audits.
• Develop staff members skills.
• Personal care is required.
• Working to maintain a high level of support required for the service needs.
• Maintain and develop their community links as well as access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
