We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage a diverse range of schemes from domestic alterations and extensions to bespoke commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities
Perform structural design calculations for steel concrete timber and masonry in line with British Standards and Eurocodes.
Lead projects from conception to completion ensuring design quality safety commercial efficiency and timely delivery.
Work independently on smaller projects or collaborate as part of a team on larger schemes across multidisciplinary disciplines.
Supervise trial hole investigations for refurbishment works and conduct visual structural inspections.
Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence across the team.
Liaise directly with clients design teams and contractors attending project meetings as required.
Contribute to business development fee proposals and tender submissions.
What We Are Looking For
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of British Standards and Design Codes with designs grounded in strong engineering principles.
Software Skills: Proficiency in design packages like Tekla CADS and Tedds (AutoCAD experience is a bonus).
Experience: Ideally 5-7 years working within a similar engineering consultancy.
Qualifications: Relevant Engineering degree. Chartered status (ICE or IStructE) or working towards/close to achieving it.
Mobility & Eligibility: Full UK driving licence with access to a car for business use and full Right to Work in the UK.
