Job Summary
Fairmont St Andrews is looking for an exceptional Senior Spa & Membership Executive to join our award-winning Spa & Wellness team.
As the face of Fairmont Spa & Wellness you will deliver an elegant seamless and genuinely personalised experience for every guest and member. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships creating memorable experiences and driving commercial success.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver outstanding five-star guest and member experiences from arrival through to departure.
- Lead the daily Spa Reception operation ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved.
- Drive membership growth and retention through personalised tours relationship building and member engagement initiatives.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through treatment bookings retail sales membership sales and upgrades.
- Build lasting relationships with guests and members anticipating their needs and creating memorable experiences.
- Support coach and inspire Spa Reception colleagues leading by example in service excellence.
- Maintain the highest standards across reception operations administration and guest communications.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for sales and guest engagement.
- Experience using Book4Time or Opera Cloud is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role ideally within a luxury hotel or spa environment.
