Working alongside a talented team of chefs from diverse culinary backgrounds youll support the Head Chef in leading a large brigade while overseeing service across the main restaurant and an impressive collection of private dining rooms hosting everything from exclusive celebrations to corporate events.

What youll be doing

• Working closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operation of a fast-paced Michelin-starred kitchen
• Leading inspiring and mentoring a large brigade ensuring consistently high standards across every service
• Supporting the creation and development of innovative seasonal dishes for both the à la carte and tasting menus
• Maintaining exceptional quality consistency and presentation across breakfast lunch dinner and private dining services
• Playing a key role in training coaching and developing junior chefs helping to build a positive and high-performing kitchen culture

What were looking for

• Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or an accomplished Sous Chef ready to step into a more senior leadership position within a high-end restaurant
• Experience working within Michelin-starred or similarly recognised fine dining kitchens would be highly advantageous
• A genuine passion for exceptional food seasonal produce and attention to detail
