• 44604 per annum plus 3000 to 3500 service charge

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of a busy seafood restaurant kitchen
• Leading and motivating the brigade to consistently deliver dishes to a high Rosette standard
• Assisting with menu development seasonal dish creation and maintaining quality control
• Training mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team
• Helping to manage stock ordering and food cost controls

Working with some of the finest produce available including fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients youll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.
