• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance security integration within development workflows.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Engage in pre-sales activities supporting the sales team with technical expertise and insights.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions.

• 68 years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical support role within the cybersecurity or software development industry.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD processes and tools with a focus on security integration.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices in software development.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role particularly in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of various programming languages and their security implications.
