Job Summary
The Bar Council is the voice of the barrister profession in England and Wales. We lead represent and support the Bar in the public interest championing the rule of law and access to justice. Workingunder the leadership of theHead of Servicesthe Senior Services Coordinator (SSC) willlead two Services Coordinators in the day-to-day management of the portfolio of services offered by the Bar Council to its members and other stakeholders. The SSC will be responsible for ensuring the effective operational delivery of the entire services portfolio and will work with the Head of Services to ensure the smooth running of the Services Team.
TheSSCwill ensure the Services Teammeets SLAs andoperateswith a high standard of customer will use their excellent communication skills tosupport customers through services processes and will be an escalation point for problem will work with the Head of Services to implementappropriate controlsand make improvements to any processes and procedures associated with the portfolio guided by feedback gathered from both internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who is highly organised andhas an eye for will need to have excellent communication and effective leadership skills to fulfil the role.
