Senior ServiceNow Architect

ASPIRE is Version 1 managed service framework that is currently transforming the way our customers consume services. The framework is continually evolving to ensure we are always delivering next generation services. Technology plays a key part in providing the underlying platform and capabilities. We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Architect. The role will involve leveraging ServiceNow to deliver superior automation user experiences and integration with various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather analyse and translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs and architecture.
• Support pre-sales activities by participating in solution workshops proposal development customer presentations and platform demonstrations.
• Rapidly assess and understand customers existing ServiceNow implementations to provide effective architectural guidance and support.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn adopt and architect solutions across new ServiceNow products modules and platform capabilities as required by customer engagements.
• Collaborate closely with development platform and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with architectural standards business requirements and agreed timelines.
• Provide strategic consulting to customers by recommending platform best practices and alternative approaches challenging unnecessary customizations and promoting out-of-the-box capabilities whenever feasible.
• Facilitate the implementation and integration of ServiceNow to other platforms ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
• Test review and oversee the launch of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they function as expected and provide significant improvement to the organisations efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the latest industry technologies and trends in ServiceNow.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
• 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect experience
• Proven track record of improving processes and effectiveness through automation.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
• Proficient in creating comprehensive and strategic ServiceNow architecture plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with Customers team members and stakeholders
• At least 2 of the following certifications;
  • Certified Technical Architect (Preferred)
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified Application Developer
  • Implementation Specialist (Customer Service Management)
  • Implementation Specialist (Service Mapping)
  • Implementation Specialist (Discovery)
  • Implementation Specialist (IT Service Management)

Please note successful candidates must currently have UK SC Clearance.
