We have a vacancy for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy residential sales team in Marlow. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process from instruction through to completion while maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting vendors and buyers ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the transaction.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Generate and follow up on valuation opportunities
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Progress agreed sales through to completion liaising with all parties involved
• Maintain regular communication with clients and update internal CRM systems

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Confident negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
• Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients
• Good IT skills with experience using CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
