What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Register buyers understand their requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Generate valuations and identify opportunities to win new instructions
• Progress agreed sales through to completion while maintaining regular communication with all parties
• Build strong relationships with clients solicitors mortgage advisers and other stakeholders
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving office targets and maintaining high service standards

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experienced Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
• Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Professional appearance with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
