Job Description

The Senior Reward Analyst supports theend-to-enddelivery ofrewardand compensationsprocesses andprovidesevidence-based compensation advice across Renishawglobally. Combining data analysis market research and processmanagement the role helps translate complex and sensitive reward information intosimple andpractical guidance for stakeholders.The role works with colleagues within HR as well asacrossdifferentfunctionsglobally includingmanagement.The role offers anopportunity to work across varied reward activities that combine analysis processdeliveryand stakeholder communication during aparticularlyexciting time for Renishaw.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage our compensation data cycles focusing on compensation survey participation analysingoutputs tracking markettrendsand translating insightsinto reliable benchmark pay ranges.

  • Leadthedelivery ofpay reviewsfromcostestimates and pay positionmodelling overallprocess planningand managementthrough manager education and delivery in Workday.

  • Lead the delivery of bonus reviews whenapplicable includingcostestimate modelling process planning stakeholder coordination managereducationand deliveryin Workday.

  • Lead the delivery ofabi-annual promotions and progression review includingcost estimatemodellingbudgeting projectplanning managereducationand deliveryin Workday.

  • Maintain the job architecture and support governance of role data andpaystructures.Additionally audit andmaintainpay ranges in Workday.

  • Complete job evaluation role matchinggradingand benchmarking activities.

  • Perform pay positioning and internal equity analysis providing input to fair and consistent reward decisions.

  • Perform budget control and analysis monitoring actual spend against approved budget and highlighting risksgapsand required actions.

  • Produce ad hocreward reporting and analytics present clearinsightsand inputs forevidence-basedbusiness decisions.

Required qualificationsskillsand experience

  • Previousexperience in reward compensation analysis budgettrackingor HR analytics is essential.Experience of at least two reward process cycles in a support or lead roleis desirable.

  • Good knowledge and practical experience ofreward and compensation practices includingpay transparency pay equity as well aspay reviews compensation benchmarking jobmatchingevaluations(WTWmethodology) bonus calculations.

  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing compensation data accuratelyis essential capability inPowerBIis desirable.

  • AdvancedMS Office(especiallyPowerPoint)skillsandthe ability to present complex informationeffectively andclearly to different audiences.

  • Ability toproject manageplanandexecuteprocesses with limitedguidance usingown judgement andpreviousexperienceto inform the process design.

  • Experience of using HRISis essential functional knowledge of the Workday compensation modules is desirable.

  • Confidence handling sensitive employeereward andcompensation topics with sound judgement and discretionis essential.
