As a SeniorRadiographer at our Derby Hospital youll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) be registered with the HCPC along with a wealth of experience specialising within plain film and theatre Radiography.

This full time position involves a commitment to weekend working along with participation in an on-call service for X-Ray.

As a SeniorRadiographer youwill:

• See each patient as an individual offering understanding and empathy
• Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload in the department on the ward and in theatre
• Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices equipment and facilities
• Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues
• Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

The Nuffield Health DerbyHospital is a modern purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds three operating theatres and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.

The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures theatre ultrasound MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds were about 3 miles from the city centre within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
