We are looking for an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyorto join our growing construction team.

Working across a wide range of construction projects and sectors you will take commercial responsibility for projects frompre-construction through to final account ensuring strong financial control and commercial performance.

• Manage the commercial performance of multiple construction projects.
• Prepare and manage budgets valuations variations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor procurement payments and accounts.
• Monitor project costs forecasts cash flow and profitability.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Review contracts and provide commercial advice to the project team.
• Work closely with Project Managers clients subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide clear commercial reporting to senior management.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contracts cost management and commercial processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant QS qualification or significant industry experience.
