What youll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties overseeing maintenance tenancy issues and day-to-day property management
• Processing daily rental payments monitoring rent accounts and resolving payment discrepancies or arrears
• Maintaining accurate financial records and providing landlords with clear rental statements and updates
• Applying a good understanding of landlord taxation requirements and responding to relevant financial queries within the scope of the role
• Coordinating repairs maintenance works inspections and compliance requirements liaising with contractors landlords and tenants
• Supporting tenancy renewals resolving complex property management issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service

• Proven experience in residential property management ideally at Senior Property Manager level
• Hands-on experience processing daily rents and reconciling rental accounts
• Good understanding of landlord taxation including rental income and allowable expenses
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and property management compliance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with landlords tenants and contractors
• Highly organised with strong financial administration and attention to detail
• Confident managing a busy portfolio prioritising workloads and resolving problems independently
• Professional proactive and committed to delivering excellent customer service
