Our client is looking for a confident and capable Senior Property Manager to help oversee a managed residential portfolio let on ASTs.

• Independent estate and letting agency covering Newbury and the surrounding areas
• Offering residential sales lettings and property management services
• Supporting buyers sellers landlords and tenants with their property needs

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
• Ensuring properties comply with all safety and legal standards
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and handling deposit returns
• Liaising with tenants landlords and contractors
• Resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Handling disputes complaints and escalations professionally
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

• Proven experience in residential property management
• In-depth understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently
• Effective at resolving issues and managing conflict
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Local knowledge of the Newbury area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence essential (own car preferred)
• A professional customer-focused and thorough approach
