This is an exciting opportunity for a motivatedSenior Project Officerto lead the delivery of affordable housing developments fromconceptionthrough to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

About the role

As aSenior Project Officer you will play a key role in delivering our development programme managing housing projects from post-contract stage through to completionhandoverand the Defects Liability Period. You will lead project and site progress meetingsmonitorquality compliancecostsand programme performance and build strong relationships with contractorsconsultantsand stakeholders.

TheSenior Project Officerwill undertake site inspectionsmonitorworks on siteidentifyand resolve quality concerns and ensure developments meet Welsh Housing Quality Standards (WHQS) Welsh Development Quality Requirements (WDQR)and regulatory requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for aSenior Project Officerwho enjoys balancing technicalexpertise projectdeliveryand stakeholder engagement.

About you

To succeed as aSenior Project Officer you will have project management experience within construction property developmenthousingor a related environment. You will be confident managing multiple projectsmonitoringcosts and risks and working effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for aSenior Project Officerwith excellent organisational communication and problem-solving skills alongside experience of undertaking site visits property inspections and works monitoring. A construction quantity surveying buildingsurveyingor project management qualification would beadvantageous.
