Were on the hunt for a dynamic Project Manager to come and join our team based in Bankside London this is an initial fixed term contract with a view to going perm. We need someone who thrives on collaboration creativity and turning vision into reality. Youll be the driving force that keeps teams inspired clients confident and projects moving seamlessly from concept to completion. You have experience working with multidisciplinary teams and you know what it takes to deliver a digital experience that can improve the lives of customers and surpasses the goals of clients. Both the client services and project delivery worlds are successfully navigated by your proactive communication of project statuses issues and opportunities to clients. You adeptly manage the project team tracking scope schedule staffing and budget on medium to large sized projects. You have a passion for digital project delivery and want to work with globally admired will:Manage Client Relations as primary contact of communicating needs between the client team and your clients short and long-term goals as well as their clients how to drive project solutions to drive consensus for problems in a professional and timely Project Excellence developing solutions to drive client a unique perspective of a common goal to increase knowledge communication and awareness between team members and the the team to project goals by sharing client insights and solid project plans with top-down and bottom-up budgets to support clients project plans according to established procedures channels and and maintaining project scopes and communicate status of scope to in both client and internal project deliverables and guiding the team on potential an articulate storyline of all client negotiating communicating implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project project communication and document issues and changes that affect the status reports and working with capable project leaders to ensure all a positive team-oriented environment that promotes award-winning tracking and managing project budgets and revenue POs and analyze prioritize mitigate and communicate project have:5 years-experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds ecommerce marketing campaigns microsites and with office productivity tools such as Excel Word MS Project Smartsheet and with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Jira and understanding of how to manage and control project scope schedule budget and resource management / reporting and change management project roadmap development and revenue knowledge of Project Management principles methods and managing teams and conversations with clients around scope schedule and budget as well as roadmaps objectives and ability to tactically organize and structure activities paying particular attention to communication skills and are responsive to leadership and decision-making skills to facilitate effective task and resource communication presentation management facilitation and negotiation skills.A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by ability to stay focused on driving goals even in high-pressure situation.
