DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in IT Project Management with visible progression into senior positions.
• Global Transformation: Extensive experience successfully delivering complex large-scale global transformation projects and programmes.
• Global Perspective: Experience navigating international delivery pressures multi-layered workstreams and cross-functional global teams.
• Framework Flexibility: Strong knowledge of both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional Waterfall with the ability to manage hybrid models successfully.
• Tooling Ecosystems: Proficiency with enterprise project management tools such as Jira Confluence or Asana.

Required Competencies

• Resilience & Drive: An adaptable delivery-focused approach with a strong attention to priorities execution and follow-through.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: A calm supportive approach under pressure with a passion for coaching mentoring and supporting junior PMs and our PMO function.
• Strategic Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and share clear project value with senior executives.
• Exceptional Organisation: A natural ability to coordinate complex risks dependencies and resource allocations effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner APM PMQ or an equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
