Reporting into: Managing Partner

The Role:

As the Senior Integrated Programme Manager for Verizon Business International you will play a pivotal role in steering the end-to-end campaign workflow of the full Inter-Agency Team (IAT) across Europe and APAC.

While you will sit within the Ogilvy team you will act as a neutral objective partner to both Verizon and the full agency ecosystem. Your core focus is not just the success of one agency but the seamless performance and collective output of the entire inter-agency network on behalf of Verizonspanning all partners in creative media organic social web and sales enablement.

You will be the operational glue: setting unified standards driving consistency andestablishinga culture of collaboration across Verizon and all partner agencies. Your organised approach diplomatic communication and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in navigating complex multi-agency dynamics and keeping the overarching programmeobjectivesfirmly in focus.

This is a prominent client-facing role where you will act as Verizons trusted day-to-day point person for workflow timelines and delivery. To set you up for success you will have direct support and mentorship from our Ogilvy Operations Lead and Client Lead as well as Verizon leaders who will partner with you on high-level strategic decisions cross-team alignment and escalation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the Programme Navigator & Integrator

  • IAT Programme Ownership:Lead the creation and end-to-end management of the comprehensive H2 integrated programme plan encompassing all creative media organic social web and sales enablement deliverables and activations.
  • Accurate Project Tracking:Own the creation and continuous maintenance of highlyaccuratemaster marketing plans tracking documents and integrated timelines with channel-specific milestones built in.
  • Brief Creation & Content Planning:Support Verizon with brief creation content planning and the orchestration of deliverables frominitialideation through to final sign-off and activation.
  • Multi-Agency Alignment:Act as the central operational liaison between Verizon and all external agency partners driving a unified collaborative and disciplined approach to delivery.

Verizon Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Direct Client Communication:Act as Verizons trusted point person for day-to-day workflow communication proactively sharing updates writing/augmenting briefs and understanding feedback.
  • VerizonStakeholders & Internal Comms:Coordinate and manage alignment across diverse internal Verizon stakeholders. Support the production of internal communications(e.g. internal newsletters programme updates slide decks) to keep the broader business aligned on campaign milestones.
  • Facilitate Status Meetings & Documentation:Host moderate and chair weekly IAT (cross-agency) and Joint (agencies Verizon) workstream status meetings. Set agendas update status documents in real-time and ensure comprehensive meeting notes and action items are sharedimmediatelyfollowing calls across all stakeholders.

Be the Financial & Scope Steward

  • Scope of Work (SOW) Tracking:Closelymonitorand track the active Scope of Work (SOW) ensuring all agency deliverables align with agreed scopes and flagging any potential creep or delivery delays.
  • Budget & Final Approvals:Proactivelyseek document and track Verizon approvals on campaign budgets resource allocations final projectsignoffsand asset approvals

Be the Quality Brand & Process Champion

  • Media & Approval Timelines:Align to and monitor firm realistic deadlines for paid media that build in sufficient buffers for brand legal and compliance reviews so that launch dates are never compromised.
  • Proofing QA & Brand Stewardship:Develop a deep understanding of Verizons brand and legal guidelines to support rigorous proofing and QA processes protecting Verizons brand reputation and supporting agency partners with delivering flawless work.
  • Asset Management:Manage the upload and organization of final approved assets into the Verizons designated digital asset management (DAM) platforms Googlesitesand tools.
  • Governance & RACI:Develop implement andmaintaina robust programme RACI matrix incorporating Verizon stakeholders and agency partners to ensure clear roles responsibilities and accountability.
  • Interdependency Management:Proactively chase agencies and internal Verizon teams to ensuretimelydelivery ensuring that downstream dependencies are never compromised.

Be the Proactive Risk Mitigator

  • Risk Management:Activelyidentifypotential campaign-level risks and timing slips. Work collaboratively with the agency project leads to implement robust mitigation strategies and escalate blockers early to ensure smooth uninterrupted delivery.

  • AI Integration:Actively apply approved Verizon and WPP AI platforms to create operational efficiencies within your day-to-day workflow (whether that be transcribing video calls summarising feedback orconsolidatinginformation).

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise:Demonstratedcampaign orchestration and project management experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager within a creative orintegrated agency environment. Relevant B2B enterprise tech sector experience is essential.
  • Multi-Agency Coordination:Direct experience working with and coordinating multi-agency multi-disciplinary teams (across Creative Media Web/UX Social and Sales Enablement) in a fast-paced environment.
  • QA & Proofing Rigour:Exceptional eye for detail with experience in QA and proofing against complex corporate brand and legal guidelines.
  • Financial & Scope Management:Experience tracking budgets managing SOWs and obtaining formalised financial
  • Rapid Onboarding:A fast learner with a proven ability to get up to speed on complex brand guidelines operational processes and client-specific tools/platforms quickly.
  • Confident Collaborative Communicator:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage external agency partners navigate internal clientstakeholders and act as a neutral trusted lead for delivery updates.
  • Collaborative Problem Solver:A proactive approach toidentifyingpotential risks with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders to navigate challenging scenarios.
